Last night’s dinner was Gently Spiced, lemon 🍋 braised roots from The Modern Cook’s Year, Anna Jones, totally recommended!

Anna and I reduced our consumption of meat to only one or twice during the week but now we are trying to only eat meat at the weekend, mainly for sustainability but also because meat in the supermarket is not ethically sourced. Tonight Herb Burgers from Nigel Slater, eat. 📷

We had such a tasty lunch at Teteria Almedina, we felt like being in Morocco 🇲🇦. Looking forward to the next time, will be ordering two plates of Judias Rifeñas they’re delicious! 📷
